I really love the product range, and the service has been really awesome. I have ordered the Maple Crib, a NaturalEco mattress and a whole bunch of bedding. All products came on time, in excellent condition and what gives me the most pleasure is that I know my grandchild is sleeping and playing in a non-toxic environment!
(I do wish they would carry more items, such as organicXXXXnatural baby bottles, bibs and clothing, but they say this will come).
I also got some of the herbal products for my daughter-in-law and the baby. What a unique concept, to offer products through all stages of the pregnancy and birthing process. The cradle-cap product worked like a dream for my grandson.

After giving all my information I was told the system was not working and that I should call back. I checked my credit card account and they had indeed charged me $55. I called to speak to customer service and went into voice mail , saying they would return my call within 24 hours. Not only did they never return my call, they charged my credit card AGAIN. I have called 5 times and only get answering machines . The toll free number only takes orders and can't help resolve problems. WATCH OUT for this company. They are inept and it seems as though they are scamming people. I was told that customer service was 'short staffed". I can see why as they are inefficient and disorganized. I still do not have my two refunds and never received a call back from this company. | Rating:
