TerraLunaSol was created out a great passion for the earth and all of her inhabitants. The products we sell are made Organically, Ethically, Fairly traded and Eco manufactured. TerraLunaSol contributes to the local water shed council and provides funding for tree planting to help preserve and create habitat for spawning salmon and all of us dependent on healthy streams and forests. TerraLunaSol Supports small, Independent and family run businesses. We and Our distributors recycle and reuse where ever and when ever possible. Our office uses recycled paper products and paperless methods, we believe in reduce-reuse-reuse-reuse-recycle. We are in the process of installing solar energy sources to supply power to the office and hope to generate enough to return energy back to the grid. Synthetic fibers can clog septic drain fields, resulting in hundreds of dollars in repair and maintenance. Small synthetic particles pass through your septic tank and pass on to your drain field. Lodged in the tiny crevices your drain field relies on to drain properly, natural fibers will break down, decompose and pass on into the soil. Synthetic fibers will stay gathering more fibers and eventually clogging the field. Resulting in pooling water, frequent septic backup and unhealthy soil. |

After placing an order with them, they not only sent me a personal "thank you" e-mail, they have also kept me completely informed regarding the status of my order. When I placed my order I never got an order/reference number. Only a "thank you for your purchase".
I never received an order confirmation via email.
I never received a shipment notification.
I was unable to view my order for processing updates.
I paid for this product through PayPal who sent me a receipt of payment, so at least I know my order has been somewhat processed.
I have not received my order yet but wanted to leave my review before the offer to do so expires.

them. Understandable for a family company. I still think 3 weeks without word is not
professional, although they explain they believe people do not want to be automatically
confirmed when order has been accepted. I disagree, but forgive the difference of
opinion. Just be aware when you order from them that they will not confirm unless your
order is large or complex. My 'below average' opinion is for customer service, not
product quality, which I will not discover since I ordered a similar product from another
company (which confirmed immediately that they were processing). Too bad. | Rating:

payment was accepted. Never heard from Terra Luna Sol again. Tried telephone number
3 times, left message each time, never heard back. Emailed, again with no XXXX
Finally contacted Paypal on 23 August, who initiated a dispute. Heard back from them
the same day that my payment was being credited back to my credit card. I think Terra

They looked liked a painters drop cloth with some holes for hanging. To top it off when I tried all of their remedies and they didn't work, I requested a refund, they stated that refunds are only with 7 days of receiving the products. Terrible product, terrible customer service, beware and tell your friends. | Rating:
