I ordered some rechargeable fuel cell batteries from E3 Living, but I had a few questions about them before placing the order. I called Mark, the owner, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the batteries, answered all of my questions, and they arrived on time as promised. I will definitely shop with E3 again.
Excellent customer service. One of the products I bought was broken on delivery. I sent them an email and they replied within 15 minutes and sent a new one right away. No questions asked. Actually they did ask if the box was damaged and if the items looked like they were packed properly. I will definitely shop with them again.
