El Naturalista shoe company uses the least harmful materials for the production of their shoes. All shoes are dyed with natural colours. Recycled materials, such us the recycled PU foot bed or recycled rubber soles (N 096 Iggdrasil) are used when possible. When it comes to dyeing, El Naturalista uses the least harmful chrome combination for the environment. Making their products out of vegetable-dyed leathers and recycled rubber is part of their holistic approach to shoe design. |

Not only does the site do a great job of showing the details of the boots and shoes and make checkout simple and secure, but the shipping was super fast. In both cases I got the boots next day.
The boots themselves have all been exactly what I wanted and sized perfectly. I've had a great experience with this merchant and I plan to shop from them in the future. | Rating:

She looked into my order and told me my order was on back order and should be sent out with-in a week. She also unlocked my account while on the call. By the end of the conversation I was happy with the service received. | Rating:

I try to check status on line on Monday and lock my account. Send e-mail to have account unlocked on Thursday still no update on order stauts and no e-mail about account being reset. Now I'm currently on hold for + 30 min listening to a recording of how important I am and there next representative will be with me. Maybe I'm not so important. Poor customer service. | Rating:
